The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to lead the Behavioral Health Technician team across all shifts, ensuring safe, compassionate care for adults with substance use and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, manage daily operations, and assure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with nursing and clinical leadership to maintain a structured, recovery‑oriented

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of direct experience in the behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR and Standard First Aid certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily activities of Behavioral Health Technicians and Senior Behavioral Health Technicians across all shifts and treatment modalities.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and compliance with staffing ratios.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, competency assessments, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor departmental documentation, including patient observation checks and incident reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and medical teams to communicate patient behaviors and support treatment plans.
• Ensure patients are monitored at prescribed intervals and facility rules are enforced fairly and professionally.
• Support patient safety by using verbal de-escalation techniques and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Assist nursing staff with patient intake activities and report abnormalities promptly.
• Reinforce clinical philosophy and encourage recovery engagement post-discharge.
• Participate in leadership meetings and facility improvement projects.
