Agape Family Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Registered Behavioral Health Intern for a full-time internship. The role provides supervised clinical experience in a community-based setting designed for graduate students pursuing licensure in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

Intern must be registered at the Florida state level and receive ongoing supervision from a licensed supervisor. Compensation ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited graduate program pursuing practicum hours.
• Eligible for Florida intern registration with the appropriate board.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; maintain boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions for clients under supervision.
• Conduct assessments, formulate basic treatment plans, and document in EMR.
• Receive regular supervision from a Board-approved supervisor (minimum 1 hour every 2 weeks).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and ethical/legal standards.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a culturally diverse, community-based setting.
