Pathways To Life, Inc. in Greenville, NC (also serving Charlotte and Durham) seeks motivated Behavioral Health Interns to join our clinical team.

This internship offers hands-on experience in community-based mental health services for students in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields. Interns will gain exposure to clinical practices, documentation standards, and multidisciplinary teamwork while working with experienced professionals in programs such as ACTT, CST, IIH, and TCM,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be eligible for internship/field placement through an accredited college or university.
• Strong interest in behavioral health and community-based services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist with providing community-based behavioral health services under supervision.
• Observe and participate in client interactions, including skill-building and support services.
• Support development and implementation of Person-Centered Plans.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with Medicaid and agency standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and supervision sessions.
• Assist with care coordination and linkage to community resources.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
