Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to admissions inquiries and general questions
• Verify and collect clinical, financial, insurance, and administrative information for admissions
• Serve as the point of contact for patients upon arrival and complete required paperwork
• Collaborate with referral sources and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold hospital policies while delivering excellent customer service
