Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is looking for a Development and Intake Supervisor to oversee the activities of Referral Specialists and ensure effective care coordination. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and at least three years of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-system youth or developmental disabilities is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Referral Specialists.
• Oversee the intake and referral process for OhioRISE.
• Analyze management reports and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and reporting requirements.
• Travel within designated service areas.
