Brightli in Springfield, MO is seeking a Group Facilitator to support behavioral health and recovery services. You will lead educational groups, monitor client participation, and help clients progress toward treatment goals within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes compassionate education, documentation in the EHR, and adherence to professional standards. A Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred, with additional credentials and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field.
• HS diploma or GED with two years of responsible employment experience.
• MAADC credential may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions using approved curriculum.
• Create a safe, supportive, culturally responsive environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful discussions that support treatment goals.
• Document attendance, participation, and progress in the EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain timely documentation reflecting services delivered.
