Job summary

Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center in McKinney, TX seeks an Adult Outpatient Fidelity Manager to oversee fidelity across behavioral health services, audit documentation, and ensure compliance with Medicaid, TAC, and CCBHC standards.

You will coach staff, run scheduled reports, participate in audits, and collaborate with Adult Outpatient leadership to improve patient outcomes and maintain fidelity throughout the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year accredited university.
• QMHP certification per TAC requirements.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Experience with CCBHC highly preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide fidelity oversight of service provision and documentation.
• Audit charts and documentation to meet fidelity standards.
• Coach staff and provide technical assistance based on audit findings.
• Run scheduled reports and attend audit meetings.
• Collaborate with Adult Outpatient leadership to drive improvements in outcomes.
