Job summary

Kipu is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to own end-to-end EMR implementations for behavioral health treatment centers on the Kipu EMR platform. You will lead discovery, translate clinical needs into configuration settings, train end users, and drive project timelines with minimal oversight.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of EMR or SaaS implementation experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EMR or SaaS deployments.
• Ability to translate clinical/operational needs into system configuration.
• Strong client-facing communication and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to capture client goals and workflows.
• Configure workflows and settings with accuracy, anticipating edge cases.
• Deliver structured client training and enable adoption across teams.
• Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare go-live readiness and drive post-go-live adoption.
