Qualifications

• Six months of prior direct care experience for persons with developmental disabilities.
• Active driver’s license and willingness to transport clients.
• BLS/AED/First Aid training required before start date.
• Ability to complete DSP competency-based training and obtain RBT certification within stated timelines.
• Commitment to consistent routines, teamwork, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support members in daily living activities, health and safety routines, and community access.
• Follow individualized plans with consistency, professionalism, and respect.
• Use positive behavior support and trauma-informed approaches, and communicate with the team.
• Document services accurately and raise concerns to the supervisor.
