This role involves working closely with the Utilization Review department and advocating for patients’ access to services. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in social work, mental health, or nursing, and have at least two years of behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting or managed care company preferred.
• Required licensure: L.M.S.W., LAC, LCSW, LPC, LISAC.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patient’s access to services during treatment team meetings.
• Manage a caseload, meet with patients daily, and complete referrals.
• Assist the treatment team in understanding barriers to discharge.
