Job summary

Copper Springs East Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead food service operations, menu planning, inventory, and safety compliance in a hospital setting. You will supervise dietary staff, ensure regulatory adherence, and collaborate with Registered Dietitians to meet patient nutrition needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Food Safety/Sanitation certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a favorable MVR, proof of insurance when using own auto.

Responsibilities

• Oversees standards and procedures for food preparation, menu development, service, equipment, sanitation, infection control, and employee safety.
• Ensures the quality of menus, food, and service.
• Prepares and orders food and supplies and ensures accurate and sufficient inventory levels.
• Ensures the facility remains compliant with health department, The Joint Commission (TJC), state, and federal regulations.
• Works flexible hours as required.
• Maintains rotating menu according to dietary guidelines and collaborates with Registered Dietitians.
