Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LPC/LSW licensure in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling services.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Utilize trauma-informed and culturally competent care practices in all interactions.
