Job summary

BrightView Health in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team. You will conduct group therapy, patient intake assessments, and collaborate with an onsite multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality addiction therapy.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure consistent with state requirements.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required on-site staff and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
