Job summary

Health Marketing seeks a Clinician II to provide recovery-focused, community-based behavioral health services for adults, youth and families. You will conduct assessments, create person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling.

You will coordinate care with internal teams and community partners, support crisis intervention and safety planning, and maintain timely EHR documentation.
