Qualifications

• Licensure or certification for counseling as required by the state.

Responsabilités

• Conduct group and/or family sessions under supervision and document as required.
• Co-facilitate sessions and assist with modifying problem behaviors.
• Prepare treatment plans and ensure timely documentation of patient care.
• Coordinate with referral sources and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Plan for aftercare and liaise with insurance carriers as requested.
• Perform case management duties to ensure quality, individualized care.
