Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Counselor to coordinate services for participants per individualized treatment plans.

You will familiarize yourself with new participants, provide evidence‑based counseling, and deliver educational sessions to participants and their families as required. Ideal candidates hold a CSWE‑accredited master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field, with AZ licensing or eligibility, and a valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance card.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work from a CSWE‑accredited program.
• Licensed at the independent or associate level with AZBBHE or eligible toward licensure.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance card and good standing with AZBBHE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each participant receives services per their treatment plan.
• Familiarize with new participants and provide evidence‑based counseling.
• Offer educational presentations to participants and families as needed.
