Responsibilities

• Oversee incident report process and training; ensure reports are complete and accurate.
• Maintain, analyze and report on client satisfaction surveys and results.
• Manage Client Rights grievances; report to appropriate boards and committees.
• Conduct compliance trainings at hire and annually.
• Summarize community meeting minutes and disseminate action items.
• Perform focused clinical chart reviews and ongoing observations.
