Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community education program.
• Coordinate referral development/sales process and account management.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for the unit.
• Serve as a preceptor to provide training and support to subordinate staff.
• Partner with community providers and hospital staff to promote programs.
• Maintain understanding of services and communicate to referral sources.
• Respond to inquiries about the unit’s treatment program.
• Develop and update marketing plans and mailing lists.
• Promote community relations and coordinate events.
• Travel as required to designated areas.
