Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Licensed Behavioral Health professional (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 and FBI fingerprinting.

Responsabilités

• Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients (70%).
• Conducts an individual comprehensive evaluation for assigned patients (10%).
• Completes all documentation per regulatory requirements (treatment plans, progress notes) (10%).
• Attends all required departmental/hospital meetings (10%).
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
