Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) or other Behavioral Specialist license required.
• CPR certification needed per American Heart Association standards.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 background checks required.
• Prefer candidates with OAPSA clearance and prior counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy with assigned patients.
• Conducts individual comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients.
• Completes documentation according to regulatory requirements.
• Attends all required departmental and hospital meetings.
• Performs other assigned duties.
