Job summary

Carle Health seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide assessment, intervention, and crisis services under supervision. You will develop and adjust treatment plans with patients and families, offer individual and group therapy, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Licenses/certifications in LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Licensed Psychologist as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs with patients.
• Completes treatment plans in collaboration with patients with goals tied to assessments.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups.
• Coordinates with emergency/crisis services for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as liaison between the community and patient needs; coordinates goals with agencies and providers.
