Job summary

Axiom Care is a Phoenix-based behavioral health organization providing substance use therapy and recovery housing. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy across individual, group, and family settings, contributing to treatment planning, and maintaining compliant documentation in the EMR.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, with 2–3 years in behavioral health. Arizona licensure or eligibility is necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family, Counseling or related field.
• Two to three years of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and assessments.
• Complete documentation in the EMR and support utilization review with billing.
