CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician Lead at St. Anthony Summit Hospital in Frisco, CO. You will provide direct clinical services and offer leadership and mentorship to improve departmental operations and patient care.

You will coordinate follow-up care, liaise with families, therapists and external agencies, and lead family therapy and education initiatives while coordinating with social workers and case managers.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling.
• Licensed Social Worker or Counselor. Requires current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or LMFT.
• Two (2) years of psychiatric or mental health experience.
• Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
• Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.

• Orient, training, and mentoring Behavioral Health Counselor and Social Worker positions, nonlicensed staff, and students (as applicable).
• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of Counseling and Consultative functions in integration and collaboration with nursing and case management.
• Provides feedback and recommendations regarding staff performance.
• Responds to potentially dangerous situations and ensures safety of patients in the least restrictive manner.
• Effectively works with patients who are uncooperative and at times verbally and physically abusive.
• Assists leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
