Job summary

MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician II. This role involves assessing clients, planning treatment, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy under an independent license.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s in social work or related field and a license (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT) with at least two years’ behavioral health experience. A limited-time bonus is available until program end.

• Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field.
• Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from Maine OPOR licensing board.
• At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct care.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Work under independent license to support clients with behavioral health needs.

Job description

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering asignon bonusofup to $10,000 for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians!

Eligible candidates are hired into a Full orPart timeposition. Bonusamountprorated forPart timehires;per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 3months ofseparation from employment.

~ 40 Hours/week, Full-Time, Day shift ~

Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Conditional (LMFT-c) is required

Summary:

The role of Behavioral Health Clinician II, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Master’s degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field
• License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR)
• Experience: At least two years of behavioral health experience including employment as a conditionally licensed clinician.

The pay range for this position is $71,448.00to $96,636.80per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
