Job summary

La Clínica de La Raza Inc. is seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to provide culturally sensitive social work and behavioral health treatment within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and offering individual and group therapy to diverse patients.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, be licensed, and possess experience in mental health settings, particularly with diverse and low-income communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mental health, medical, or social service settings.
• Experience providing counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Knowledge of principles of social work, psychology and human behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide psycho-social assessments and mental health interventions.
• Coordinate care with community agencies to ensure continuity.
• Participate as an active member in a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
