Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a licensed clinician to provide comprehensive behavioral health services and support reintegration into the community. You will assess needs, deliver therapy, and coordinate care to ensure alignment with clinical standards and program goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, up to 40 hours per week, with travel to homes and schools across the community. Requires a Master's degree in social work or related field and current licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT);

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, criminal justice, or related field required.
• Current State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; EHR experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess emotional and behavioral needs and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate care to align treatment plans with clinical standards and program goals.
• Deliver behavioral health services to individuals and families.
• Travel throughout the community to homes and schools.
