Job summary

The Village for Families and Children in Hartford, CT is seeking a mid-career clinician to provide direct behavioral health services across office and school settings. You will develop treatment plans, coordinate with families, and manage case documentation within HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW or equivalent and are LMSW-eligible, with 2–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience. The role is full-time and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• MSW or equivalent is required with 3+ years post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed-eligible LMSW or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse urban populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in office, school, or other settings.
• Develop treatment plans and contracts; implement and adjust during treatment.
• Discharge planning and linkages to community services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
