Zusammenfassung

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Clinician to deliver comprehensive clinical services in Massachusetts across community and 24-hour residential settings. You will develop, monitor, and adjust functional behavior support plans and coach staff to implement them.

You will conduct assessments, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, participate in ISP meetings, provide crisis management training, and maintain confidential records in compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.
• Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.
• Participate in intake processes, ISP meetings, and ongoing care coordination.
• Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.
• Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with mandated reporting requirements.
