Seven Hills Foundation in Ashland, MA seeks a Clinician to provide mental health services in community and residential settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized supports to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include developing behavior support plans, coaching staff, crisis management, and coordinating with families. A Master's degree and LABA/BCBA credentials are required; licensure in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Licensed LABA required; Behavioral Health licenses (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/licensed psychologist) preferred.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.
• Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in intake processes and care coordination.
