Job summary

David Lawrence Centers For Behavioral Health in Naples, FL seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide evidence-based therapy across group, individual, and family modalities. You will manage caseloads and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.

The role emphasizes clinical assessment, treatment planning, and adherence to the organization’s standards, with strong emphasis on empathy, communication, and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, or related field.
• Active FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) or Licensed Eligible within 3–6 months of employment date.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and EMR systems.
• Ability to pass trainings/immunizations and background checks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and meet productivity targets.
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy.
• Assess and plan client treatment using clinical skills.
• Collaborate with Crossroads Continuum staff and related duties as needed.

Job Summary: This is a hands-on, field and community/home-based opportunity for someone with an interest in Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders to make an impact on the Collier County population in need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively managing a case load and meeting productivity expectations.

- Providing group, individual and family therapy.

- Utilizing sharply-honed clinical skills to assess and plan for client treatment programs.

- Occasionally assisting with other related Crossroads Continuum duties.

- Clearly and consistently communicating the David Lawrence Center's Charter.

- Providing a therapeutic environment for services and treatment.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in clinical psychology, social work, behavioral science, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling or related = Required

- Active/Current FL Clinical License (LMFT, LMHC or LCSW) = Preferred

- 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field = Required

- Professional flexibility and the ability to adapt to change = Required

- Thorough knowledge of community mental health and substance use disorder providers = Preferred

- Working understanding of the Florida Child Welfare Practice Model = Preferred

- The ability to combine empathy, energy and efficiency = Required

- Ability to engage a wide variety of coworkers, clients and community agencies = Required

- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal) = Required

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred

- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations = Required

- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting (General Information can be found HERE ), Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

Physical Requirements: This position requires a mix of physical activities throughout the workday. Duties involve periods of standing, sitting, and walking, often across various areas of the site. The role also includes tasks that may require bending, reaching, and other physical movements. Candidates must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. A reasonable level of physical stamina and mobility is necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
