Job summary

Center for Human Development Inc. in La Grande, Oregon, seeks a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for the Children’s Team to supervise designated clinical services and staff. This role reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and contributes to service quality and staff development.

Relocation assistance up to $3,500 and up to $2,000 toward first month’s rent are offered. CHD emphasizes work-life balance with flexible schedules and generous time off, located at the eastern base

Qualifications

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure quality of services.
• Licensure as LCSW or LPC required; LCSW preferred when possible.
• Experience in behavioral health and care coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to designated services.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and regulatory requirements.
• Develop service productivity policies and schedules; monitor caseloads.
• Coordinate quality initiatives and chart audits; implement improvements.
• Liaise with Administrative Council and provide clinical expertise.
