Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• PMHNP or CNS certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of frontline nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate orientation programs for nursing and healthcare staff.
• Coordinate competency management using objective and subjective data.
• Design educational activities to address practice gaps with an NPD Specialist.
• Apply adult learning principles in planning, delivery, and evaluation of education.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet site education needs.
• Adapt materials to learner level, culture, and language while considering scope of practice.
• Evaluate impact of programming on learners and outcomes with adjustments as needed.
• Create and implement evaluation tools to identify knowledge gaps in nursing staff.
