Qualifications

• Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
• Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department; supervise and support clinicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff; review and sign-off on client visit notes when appropriate.
• Conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health or substance use concerns and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure provision of crisis services, including crisis assessments and related programs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Participate in 24/7 call coverage with leadership as needed.
• Ensure department compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
