Job summary

LearnWell, a New Jersey-based provider delivering on-site educational services in behavioral health facilities, seeks a passionate teacher for the school year. The position may be full or part-time, and assignments span a network of facilities across Long Branch, Old Bridge, Belle Mead, North Brunswick and Somerset.

In this role you will plan and deliver daily lessons, provide individualized support to students, communicate progress, and adjust instructional strategies to promote success.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• NJ State standard teaching license.
• Comfortable working with K-12 students.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans.
• Provide individualized support to students.
• Communicate regarding student progress.
• Monitor and adjust instructional strategies to ensure student success.
• Maintain attendance and session documentation.
• Class sizes typically 8–15 students across facilities.
