Formación

• RN with 2–5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in behavioral health or emergency response is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and coordinates unit activities on a shift.
• Leads clinical teams and supports frontline staff during high-acuity situations.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, security, and support staff to de-escalate crises.
• Ensures safety, patient-centered care, and quality outcomes.
