Navos Behavioral Health, part of MultiCare Health System, seeks a Mental Health Advocate to provide supportive counseling and case management for adults under licensed supervision. The role emphasizes symptom management, skills training, care coordination, and active engagement with community resources to support stable, ongoing recovery.

Responsibilities include consumer advocacy across systems, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and coordinating discharge planning.

Qualifikationen

• Washington State ACCR credential must be applied for within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience with seriously and persistently mentally ill adults or in a Behavioral Health setting preferred.
• Driving is an essential function; travel between locations and possibly using a personal vehicle is required

Aufgaben

• Serves as a consumer advocate in relation to the mental health system, community agencies, and the consumer's support system.
• Provides person-centered supportive counseling, assessment of needs/risk, skills training, advocacy and case management for clients
• Assists in developing problem-focused, goal-oriented treatment plans addressing specific needs and clinical outcomes.
• Provides comprehensive community support activities to assigned caseload, including liaison with community resources, referrals, and reports.
• Maintains consumer records per Agency, County, and State guidelines.
• Coordinates discharge planning, including referrals to appropriate agencies for ongoing needs.
