Job summary

Cetechs is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager to support the Iowa Army National Guard’s Behavioral Health Program at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. The role focuses on behavioral health assessment, case management, care coordination, risk assessment, referrals, documentation, and connecting Service Members with military, VA, community, and civilian behavioral health resources.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work strongly preferred and licensure eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral-health risk assessment and case management.
• Ability to work with military and civilian health resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health screenings and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Identify Service Members needing intervention or referrals.
• Coordinate behavioral health and substance-use referrals and follow-up.
• Conduct intake and develop clinical impressions and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate case-management records in EHR systems.
• Prepare case summaries and medical-readiness documentation.
• Support health programs and outreach activities as required.
