Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate healthcare appointments and consultations for Service Members.
• Track appointments and follow up with units for attendance and required documentation.
• Assist with identifying behavioral health resources for Service Members.
• Maintain current lists of community and healthcare resources in Iowa.
• Prepare behavioral health charts and supporting documentation for appointments.
• Assist with medical-readiness actions and administrative tasks.
• Prepare monthly behavioral-health reports and correspondence.
• Travel to Iowa Army National Guard facilities as required.
