Job summary

CMHA—Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc.—seeks a full-time Case Manager for the Behavioral Health Home Team in New Britain, CT. This 1st shift role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, located at 233 Main St., New Britain.

The position focuses on supporting clients with mental health and co-occurring needs, teaching, advocating, and empowering recovery goals within the community. Starting salary is $20.00 per hour, with competitive benefits considered in total compensation.

• Experience in coordinating care for mental health and co-occurring needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients and care teams.
