Examples of duties include completing monthly reports, referrals, chart documentation, Hep C linkage to care, and attending meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science is required; substitutions allowed on a year-for-year basis up to two years for the education requirement.
