No on-call responsibilities and no weekend requirements.Job Summary: As an interdisciplinary team member, works collaboratively with and provides administrative and clinical support to other treatment team members, patients and their families. Reviews medical records to facilitate communication of relevant patient related data to a variety of internal and external resources, as needed to achieve high quality care and effective patient outcomes.Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a health related field.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access as might be used in the preparation of correspondence and reports.
