Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is hiring a Behavioral Health Case Manager in Bowling Green, OH. This full-time role involves therapeutic behavioral services, care planning, and crisis prevention, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Must have a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within the service area. Benefits include health and retirement plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field

High school diploma or 3+ years of relevant field experience
