Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Manager A for a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. The position offers $18–$21 per hour based on education and experience, plus a monthly incentive for productivity.

Join a team serving diverse clients with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include therapeutic services planning, care coordination, crisis prevention, and client/group services, with travel within the service area and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Education

High school diploma + 3+ years experience or Bachelor's/Master's in related field
