Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is seeking part-time or full-time Behavioral Health Specialist to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services and support for diverse client groups including children and adults. You will work with licensed clinicians to implement treatment plans and coordinate care across services.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3+ years of related experience or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma plus 3+ years of related field experience or Bachelor's/Master's in a related field.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordination of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Part‑Time or Full‑Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

$18-$21 based on education and experience plus monthly incentive program for exceeding productivity expectations
