We’re a mission-driven eating disorder treatment center in Denver seeking a passionate Case Manager to join our collaborative, client-focused care team. This is your chance to be more than a coordinator, become an advocate, a guide, and a trusted voice in a young person’s healing journey.

• Link clients to essential resources (housing, education, mental health, medical)
• Bridge communication between clients, families, and providers
• Help complete FMLA, disability, and documentation requests
• Document progress + participate in clinical team meetings

Behavioral Health Case Manager Qualifications

• BA/BS in behavioral health (Master’s = bonus)
• 1+ year of behavioral health or case management experience
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and tech-comfy (EMR, Office Suite)
• CPR cert or willingness to obtain it
