Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing basic and routine care for patients under licensed nursing supervision.
• Document patient status per program policies.
• Follow unit and department policies; support hospital mission and goals.
• Promote teamwork with physicians, case managers, nurses, and other departments.
• Manage supplies and equipment efficiently within budget.
• After orientation, perform skills in job competencies.
• Assist in organizing therapeutic groups per program schedule.
• Maintain competency notebook; participate in program教育 services.
• Keep up with mandatory education and contribute to performance improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
