Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated across diverse populations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client support to ensure safety and positive treatment outcomes.
• Coordinate neuromodulation services per clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, case management, and teams.
• Monitor treatment response and document relevant clinical information.
• Maintain compliant documentation in electronic health records.
• Support admissions, discharges, and care coordination with case management.
• Assist with safety oversight and program safety standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement and client satisfaction efforts.
• Support administrative operations and resource coordination.
• Assist in special projects and leadership initiatives.
• Ketamine Assisted Therapy coordination: scheduling, prep, room readiness.
• Clinical documentation: record dosing information and chart tagging
• Interdisciplinary coordination for individualized treatment planning
