Job summary

Health Solutions West is seeking an Office Coordinator in Aspen, CO to serve as the operational and care coordination hub for the outpatient office. You will ensure efficient clinic operations and coordinate care to promote timely access and positive outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, a Colorado Driver License, and 2+ years in behavioral health or medical office administration. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; COLA applies for onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field is required.
• Colorado Driver License with acceptable driving record is required.
• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health, healthcare, care coordination, case management, or medical office administration preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare and commercial insurance processes, integrated behavioral health preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational and care coordination hub for the Aspen Outpatient Office.
• Ensure efficient clinic operations and person-centered care coordination for timely access and positive client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Open Access Team, clinicians, providers, community partners, and admin staff.
• Support transitions from initial assessment through ongoing outpatient treatment and coordinate care.
