Job summary

COBB OUTPATIENT DETOX LLC is seeking a Care Coordinator to support the treatment team and assist with daily program activities. The role aims to ensure a safe, supportive environment for clients and staff within the program.

The position involves assisting staff with services, monitoring client activities, and performing documentation and rounds. A background in behavioral health is preferred, with strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or medical setting preferred.
• Ability to follow program policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with delivery and maintenance of program services.
• Monitor client activities and daily treatment events.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support.
• Conduct POC testing as scheduled according to policy.
• Prepare required documentation and reports.
• Report allegations of client abuse or violations to management.
• Perform routine rounds of the facility and report findings.
