Acadia Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership in a safe, structured, therapeutic environment.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and professionalism as you support patient safety and recovery with predictable hours and opportunities for growth within a large behavioral health network. Qualifications include a High School Diploma and CPR training; six months of relevant experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
